I’m going to speak to a group of business people next week in California. The key theme of my speech is “erase and replace.” Erase limiting, self-defeating beliefs and replace them with empowering ones of your choosing. I just happened to look at one of Gary Craig’s Palace of Possibilities videos today and he also mentioned erase and replace. Tapping Into Your Dreams

Do you remember your dreams? Normally, when I wake up in the morning I don’t. If I wake up in the middle of sleeping, I do. Often, I keep a notepad by my bed to write down my dream(s) upon waking. Years ago, I took a dream workshop. One of the things we learned to do was set our alarm clocks to wake up in the middle of the night. While I was still in a drowsy state, I’d tape record or write down whatever I was dreaming. Afterwards, I’d explore understanding what my dream was communicating to me. The whole subject of dreams is fascinating.
